How will my order be shipped?

Standard shipping is USPS and/or UPS Mail Innovations (the package will ship via UPS & may be delivered by your local USPS). Orders typically arrive 5-7 business days from date of purchase. (Hawaii, Alaska, & Puerto Rico may experience longer transit times). You may pay extra for expedited shipping and these options are listed at check out. Ivy & Elder does not ship to freight forwarding companies or export agents.

How long will it take to ship?

Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to ship.

How much is the sales tax?

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to New York state. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, excluding shipping. Sales tax charges are based upon the state where your order is being shipped. All applicable state & local sales taxes will be calculated during the checkout process.

Does Ivy & Elder ship internationally?

No, we are sorry. We hope to ship internationally soon. 

Is shopping on IvyandElder.com secure?

We understand how important security is to you. Credit card and order data is encrypted and secure. The platform we are hosted on is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 256-bit SSL certificated to keep order details secure (you’ll see that the shopping cart switches from http to https to show you it’s secure). What credit cards do you accept?

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, & Discover. We also accept Apple Pay, PayPal, & Amazon Pay when applicable. If you have a preferred method of payment that we don’t offer, please email hello@ivyandelder.com so that we can look into it.

What should I do if my order is missing or something is wrong?

Please send an email to hello@ivyandelder.com with your order number and we will get back to you ASAP.

How do I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, simply log into your Ivy & Elder account and select “Order History” in the “My Account” page. If you still have questions about your order, please send an email to hello@ivyandelder.com with your order number and preferably the order confirmation email & we will get back to you ASAP.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders submitted on ivyandelder.com process & ship very quickly. We will do our best to modify an existing order if you email us at hello@ivyandelder.com, but we offer no guarantee that your order will be canceled or modified. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

How do I place a return or exchange?

Ivy & Elder will gladly accept returns on unopened or unused orders placed within 30 days. If you find that your product does not work for you as expected, please send us an email to hello@ivyandelder.com within 30 days and we will arrange for your return. Please see our Return Policy for complete information. There may be restocking fees or shipping deductions associated with your return. We only accept returns for items purchased through www.ivyandelder.com. If you purchased an Ivy & Elder product from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.
