Here's how your order gets to you.

How long will it take to ship? 

Please allow up to 2-3 business days (M-F) for your order to ship. 

How will my order be shipped? 

Standard shipping is USPS, UPS and/or FedEx. Orders typically arrive 5-7 business days from date of purchase. (Hawaii, Alaska, & Puerto Rico may experience longer transit times). Ivy & Elder does not ship to freight forwarding companies or export agents.

Does Ivy & Elder ship internationally?

No, we are sorry. We hope to ship internationally soon. 

What should I do if my order is missing or something is wrong?

Please send an email to hello@ivyandelder.com with your order number and we will get back to you ASAP.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order is shipped you will recieve a tracking # from your carrier in order to track the status of the shipment. If there are any questions regarding your order before it is shipped please send an email to, hello@ivyandelder.com with your order number and we'll get back to you ASAP. 

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders submitted on ivyandelder.com process & ship very quickly. We will do our best to modify an existing order if you email us at hello@ivyandelder.com, but we offer no guarantee that your order will be canceled or modified. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

How do I place a return or exchange?

We accept returns on unopened items within 21 days of delivery. Once a product has been opened or used, it can't be returned or refunded. The Better Together Set is final sale. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out within 48 hours and we'll make it right. Please see our Return Policy for complete information.
